I am an employer and would like to view profiles. How much does that cost?
If you place a job ad on Jobwinner, you have free access to the application search facility while the ad is on Jobwinner. If you only wish to use the application search facility, we charge a monthly usage fee of CHF 880.--.
When is it worth it for me to purchase a subscription?
From 3 job ads per year you benefit from purchasing a subscription with attractive discounts on individual ads. These 3 ads can be used at any time.
How do I access the applicant search facility?
If you place an ad on Jobwinner, you have access to the applicant search facility while the ad is up and you can contact as many candidates as you like. If you have not placed an ad, you can get access to the applicant search facility for CHF 880.—per month.
Is it possible to delete a logo?
Yes, go to your account, under ->manage account-> manage images. Ads that still use the old logo will be displayed correctly.
Does the job title that was chosen under categories also appear in the published ad?
No, the search results list displays the job title that you have entered. The more general job titles are required for matching purposes. Matches between applications and ads can only be made using systematic categories.
Can I use my current account login?
Yes, your account data were transferred and you can continue to use your current username and password to login.
What is the difference between subscription ads and subscription spaces?
These are two different ways of using your subscription. In the case of the subscription ad, you purchase a certain number of ads, which you can make use of at any time during the course of a year. A subscription ad will be online for 30 days. In the case of subscription places, you buy a fixed number of places that you can use at any time. The ads that you place on these places can be exchanged as often as you like.
Can I place an ad and publish it at a later date?
Yes, when you place an ad, the date of publication may be up to six days later. The ad will then automatically be published on the specified date.
Will I be charged for an ad that was online only for a few days / hours?
Yes, as soon as you have purchased an ad you will be charged automatically.
Is it possible for me to influence the position of my ad on the list of search results? Can I purchase a better position?
No, the list of search results is random. It cannot be influenced. The advantage for you is that your ad can be at the top of the list even after two weeks. Job seekers can, however, arrange the list of search results according to their own search criteria at any time (date, region, job title, etc.). (By clicking on a title.)
I can’t view the editor function when placing an ad.
What can I do?
Check which browser version you are using. Our «Editor» tool is supported by the following browsers:

Why do I have to choose the existing categories? What do I do if I can’t find a job type?
Jobwinner wants to bring together job seekers and employers even more easily. As a precondition, data have to be matched in a straightforward way, based on a three-part classification. We are aware that such a classification is not without problems and that it is virtually impossible to capture all job titles and descriptions properly. If you have problems with the classification or if you are unable to find a job in our list, please email us. We regularly update our list of jobs in order to make the classification simpler and more customer-friendly.

What is a job application?
In the job application, you can specify what positions you are interested in. If you publish a job application together with a complete short profile, employers who have placed suitable ads or who are looking for applicants will be able to find you.
How does a job application work?
Job applications can be found directly and easily by employers. Your profile does not need to be actively looked for, but rather will be displayed when it matches a job ad. The job application only works in combination with a complete short profile. That way, employees gain a first impression of your skills.
Can I place more than one job application?
Yes, you can do that and it makes sense. If you are looking for a position in more than one region or in more than one area, it makes sense to place more than one application.
How long is my job application valid for?
In order to ensure that application searches are up-to-date and of a high quality, job applications are only valid for 60 days, after which they can be renewed at any time.
Can employees see my personal details?
Employees who contact you for the first time cannot see your personal details, only your anonymised short profile and your job application. You decide whether to contact a potential employer.

Why do I need a short profile?
The short profile provides employers with a first impression of you. Your short profile is displayed together with one or more active job applications and with suitable vacancies.
When can I make an application with the new profile?
You can use the short profile for your application now. A CV is automatically generated as a PF file using your details. The CV can be used for your email applications. You can also store additional documents such as certificates and use them for your applications.
When do employers find my short profile?
Employees can view your anonymised short profile if it was published together with a job application. There are two ways: Either you look for suitable candidates directly in the applicant search or, once you have placed a job ad, you will receive suggestions for applicants whose profile matches the vacancy.

When searching for applicants, can I only go by job title?
No, you can use an ad filter, which then, for example, displays certain qualifications etc.
What are matches?
Matchings are made between job ads and job applications. The two categories are searched for matches. The matching factor in the list of search results also displays the degree of the match.

How can I view the latest ads?
You can sort the list of search results according to your own criteria (date, region, job title, employer etc.). (Click the title.)

You should be able to view our website perfectly with the following versions:
