SHMS is a proud member of the Swiss Education Group. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in hospitality education.

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including dishwashing and waste disposal.
• Assist in maintaining hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support kitchen staff by preparing and organizing kitchen tools and equipment.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the kitchen.

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
