APSYS Core Banking Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Apsys Core Banking Specialist to join our IT team and ensure the stability, reliability, and availability of our core banking systems.

About you

You have strong experience working with core banking platform Apsys in a production environment, with a solid understanding of day-to-day banking system operations and a problem-solving attitude, the projects you will work on are not textbook cases, you will need to be imaginative to bring the best solutions , as well as hands-on experience with production support, system monitoring, and operational stability, ensuring critical banking services remain available and reliable. Proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Experience managing and monitoring daily and end-of-day batch processing, including troubleshooting failed jobs, dependencies, and processing errors.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, backend services, databases, servers, and integrations, with the ability to investigate issues across multiple technical layers.
• Experience with incident and problem management, including root-cause analysis, coordination with technical teams, and resolution of production issues.
• Practical experience supporting application deployments, releases, patches, upgrades, and routine maintenancein controlled production environments.
• Good understanding of server and application configurations, including reviewing logs, services, system resources, connectivity, and backend access.
• Working knowledge of database operations and health monitoring, with the ability to investigate application- and data-related issues together with database teams.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting system integrations, interfaces, APIs, file transfers, and communication between banking and external systems.
• Familiarity with user and backend access management, security controls, and operational procedureswithin regulated or financial-services environments.
• Ability to work independently across different technical areas while also coordinating effectively with infrastructure, database, development, security, and business teams.
• Strong operational mindset with a focus onsystem availability, stability, performance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
