As Product Manager, you oversee a strategic product area from discovery through delivery to ensure alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. Â
You are accountable for maximizing customer and business value by continuously monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing product performance.Â
Your key responsibilities include defining the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing and managing the product backlog, engaging with customers and stakeholders, and shaping feature sets based on market needs, customer feedback, and strategic objectives. You work directly with product engineering teams to ensure successful delivery while balancing customer, business, and technical considerations.Â
For this exceptionally exciting role, we are looking for an experienced and personable individual to join us as soon as possible, providing dedicated support to our team at our headquarters in Zurich- West.
What you’ll be doing
- Own a strategic product pillar, defining its vision, roadmap, priorities, and contribution to Luware’s overall product strategyÂ
- Drive product discovery by engaging with customers, partners, resellers, and internal stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities, and feedbackÂ
- Define, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog that balances customer value, business objectives, market opportunities, and technical considerationsÂ
- Lead requirements engineering, including gathering, elaborating, validating, and translating requirements into clear epics, features, and defect descriptionsÂ
- Act as the primary interface between stakeholders and product engineering team, ensuring alignment between strategy, expectations, and executionÂ
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, designers, and other product managers to deliver high-quality products, features, and enhancementsÂ
- Communicate product strategy, progress, decisions, and outcomes clearly to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignmentÂ
- Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes to continuously improve product successÂ
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or a Product Leadership role (Mid- Senior) in a SaaS Company, highly preferred within Unified Communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in (Swiss) German and English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders- from C-level executives to technical users and agents
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to facilitate solution design within teamsÂ
- Creative problem-solving and team-oriented approachÂ
- Broad business acumen with strong industry and market knowledgeÂ
- Strong awareness of market trends and customer needsÂ
- Analytical, proactive, and forward-thinking mindsetÂ
- High curiosity and creativity combined with structured, analytical thinkingÂ
- Strong product and technology expertiseÂ
- Deep understanding of the value and benefits delivered by products and services to customersÂ
- Ability to plan, delegate, and oversee work across development teamsÂ
- Ensure execution in line with defined processes and best practicesÂ
- Incorporate cross-functional needs and ideas into product developmentÂ
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum and Scrum@ ScaleÂ
