Senior HR Service & Process Specialist
Job description:
- Manage and continuously improve operational HR services and processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Analyse existing HR processes, identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable process improvements.
- Support the design, standardisation and documentation of HR workflows, procedures and service models.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into efficient HR solutions.
- Support and enhance HR systems and digital HR services, including employee and manager self-service solutions.
- Contribute to the administration, configuration and optimisation of HR service management platforms, ideally ServiceNow HRSD.
- Ensure a high level of HR data quality and integrity, investigate inconsistencies and support root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with HR, IT and other internal stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations and process changes.
- Support workshops, testing activities, documentation and the successful implementation of new HR processes and solutions.
- Contribute to a professional, service-oriented and continuously improving HR operating environment.
About the customer:
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of a range of talent management programmes aimed at supporting employee development, while also providing operational support to the Talent Manager across key projects and recurring business cycles.
This role is particularly suited to a well-structured and proactive HR professional who is comfortable taking ownership of processes end-to-end, working with limited supervision and continuously identifying opportunities to simplify and improve existing practices.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience within an HR department or in a role working closely with HR, supporting the implementation of HR processes and coordinating processes or projects.
- Experience within Talent Management is highly desirable.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Experience with HR digital platforms and process improvement practices or methodologies.
- Broad familiarity with HR and talent management processes, for example performance management, talent management and employee relations.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in an impactful and tactful manner.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Nive to have:
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Experience analysing and presenting data using tools such as Excel, Tableau or BusinessObjects.
- Previous exposure to international organisations, central banks or the financial services sector.
