We're looking for a Production Analytics Engineer to help drive operational excellence in our manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll transform production data into actionable insights, work closely with cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact factory performance. Position: 

As the Production Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) you will: 

• Analyze production data and key manufacturing KPIs to identify performance improvement opportunities.  

• Create dashboards and reports that help teams make data-driven decisions.  

• Ensure production data is accurate, reliable, and accessible.  

• Investigate operational issues using root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools.  

• Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams to solve challenges and optimize performance.  

• Turn data into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency, quality, and process stability. 

• Provide analytical and organizational support to the Production Lead.

Requirements: 

• A degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Manufacturing, or a related field. 

• Experience working with data, reporting, and performance metrics in a manufacturing environment. Experience in FMCG or other fast-paced production environments is an advantage. 

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving problems using data, as well as the ability to spot patterns, identify root causes and drive practical improvements. 

• Confidence using Excel and Power BI to turn data into insights. 

• A proactive mindset, attention to detail and a willingness to challenge the status quo. 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams. 

• Fluent English and German. 

• Understanding of Lean, continuous improvement or operational excellence methodologies (e.g. IWS, DDS or PDCA).
