In this challenging and global role, you are responsible for evaluating, structuring, and monitoring lending proposals to ensure sound credit decisions and highest portfolio quality. This second line of defence requires in-depth credit & financial analysis for deals sourced by all services, preparing recommendations for the Group Credit Committee approval, and supporting the lending initiatives in line with internal policies and regulatory standards. You must form your independent credit worthiness opinion and defend your decision to the different stakeholders. You are also involved in credit risk related projects and workshops supporting the Group Head of Credit.

For this role, we are seeking a younger, ambitious credit risk professional capable of assessing credit risk exposure across the different businesses and geographies. You have a strong educational background (Bachelor, Master, CFA etc.) and five to seven years of practical working experience within the Risk Department of an international bank. You have a strong skill set in assessing the diverse types of credit risks, ranging from unsecured to asset-based lending, which includes standard Lombard Credits & international Real Estate Financing in London and Dubai. You have thus ideally worked both in credit risk management of Commercial & Private Banking.
