• You shape the customer experience together with your team by developing exciting new software solutions for the dental market.
• You work in areas such as desktop development, mobile applications, web and cloud computing, 3D rendering, or other fields related to our digital solutions, depending on your interests and skills.
• You are responsible for the further development of our existing software products as well as new solutions. You bring in your creative ideas to create the best possible software experience for our customers and make people smile.
• You work in cross functional teams of developers, designers, quality engineers, project managers and other stakeholders.
• Your communication as a team player is open, transparent and constructive. You like to give feedback and are equally open to receiving it.
• You contribute to the definition and evolution of our software architecture, with a strong focus on security, maintainability and software quality.
• You enjoy tackling challenging technical problems in areas such as high-performance computing, cloud computing and mathematical algorithms.

• A higher technical education in the field of computer science/software engineering or sufficient relevant professional experience
• Passion for software development and hands-on experience with Microsoft technology stacks, particularly C#, strong understanding of clean code principles and software engineering best practices
• Strong awareness of software architecture and security and ability to consider both when making technical decisions
• Familiarity with the principles of agile software development
• Flair for developing a good product, like interdisciplinary work and communication with your stakeholders
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
