AI & Automation Business Partner - all genders (80-100%)

What exactly you will do here:

• Partner with business units to identify AI and automation opportunities, translating them into concrete use cases with measurable business value
• Analyze, simplify, and optimize end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies and automation potential before enabling them with AI or automation solutions
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and work with technical teams to support solution design and implementation
• Develop business cases, define KPIs and success criteria, and support prioritization based on business value, feasibility, and strategic relevance
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and guide departments from ideation through implementation
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation through coaching, change management initiatives, and the development of a network of AI Champions

What we're looking for:

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Management or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in process optimization, business transformation, consulting, or a similar environment
• Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to systematically identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Proven experience facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and supporting organizational change initiatives
• Functional understanding of AI, automation, and Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Copilot, and Customer Service/Customer Engagement platforms
• Ability to develop business cases and assess the value of improvement and automation opportunities
• Analytical, business-oriented, and solution-driven mindset, with a passion for bridging the gap between business and technology
• Fluent English skills for collaboration with teams and management in Switzerland
