Job description:

Join a global Source-to-Pay transformation programme where you will design and model end-to-end procurement processes, translating business and stakeholder requirements into scalable process blueprints that will drive the implementation of a new SAP platform.

Requirements:
  • Design and model global Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes from demand through to payment using BPMN 2.0.
  • Translate business and project requirements into clear, end-to-end process designs aligned with established design principles.
  • Develop process models that serve as the blueprint for SAP platform configuration.
  • Map semantic business structures, value chains and business capabilities into practical process designs.
  • Define how procurement processes interact with governance, policy and control frameworks throughout the process lifecycle.
  • Create supporting operational documentation including procedures, SLAs and process guidelines.
  • Ensure globally consistent process standards across regions and business units.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for end-to-end process design, collaborating closely with Procurement, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Third-Party Risk Management and other key stakeholders. 
Competences:
  • Proven experience as a BPMN 2.0 Process Designer, with process modelling as a core responsibility.
  • Strong expertise in ARIS and process modelling methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of the complete Source-to-Pay / Demand-to-Payment lifecycle.
  • Experience translating business requirements into practical process models and operational procedures.
  • Knowledge of semantic-to-system mapping, business capabilities and value chain modelling.
  • Good understanding of governance, policy and risk frameworks and how they integrate into business processes.
  • Experience working with SAP Ariba and/or SAP S/4HANA in a process design capacity.
  • Background within financial services or another highly regulated industry is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced transformation programmes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently while collaborating across international teams.
  • Process modelling certifications (e.g. OMG BPMN, ARIS or similar) are considered an advantage.
  • Fluent English is required; German is a strong plus
