Senior Analysis & Delivery Lead - Execution & FX Transformation

Lead a strategic trading transformation, delivering a new execution platform and FX capabilities across business, technology and operations.

• Lead requirements and delivery across execution and FX transformation.
• Support the migration of the Frankfurt execution desk to the target EMS.
• Coordinate Business, Technology, Operations, Avaloq, custody and external providers.
• Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Drive system integration, testing, migration and operational readiness.
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines and key stakeholders.

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT or a related field.
• Strong experience in trading, execution, FX or capital markets transformation.
• Background in Private Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Proven experience with system integration and target operating model implementations.
• Strong knowledge of FIX Protocol.
• Good understanding of trading workflows, FX products, custody and post-trade processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering complex, business-critical transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with Agile and waterfall delivery approaches.
• Relevant project, business analysis or Agile certifications are an advantage.
