Export Specialist

Our client is an internationally operating company that develops and implements catering systems for the maritime business. Their projects are diverse, their clients are global, and their products travel worldwide.

• Independent handling and coordination of global export and logistics orders
• Preparation and procurement of all relevant customs, freight, and export documentation
• Acting as a central liaison between freight forwarders, customs offices, clients, and suppliers
• Operational support for the purchasing department with order placement and invoice verification
• Maintenance of master data in MS Excel and active involvement in process optimizations

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (Swiss EFZ / equivalent) and several years of experience in exports 
• Fluent business English (oral and written) is required, German and/or French is a plus
• Very good MS Excel skills
• Proven experience in transport logistics and supply chains
