Manager Corporate Communications – Consumer Goods – German speaking – immediately available (Ref. 2805)3-4 months temporary contract - Zug/ Switzerland

In this strategic and hands-on position, you will play a key role in shaping internal and external communication initiatives while supporting senior leadership on high-impact communication topics.
You will collaborate closely with executive management, corporate functions, international colleagues, media stakeholders, and a small communications team to strengthen the company's brand reputation and engagement.

Your main tasks

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with business priorities and organizational objectives
• Create compelling communication concepts, narratives, and content for internal and external audiences
• Manage media relations activities, including proactive engagement with journalists and preparation of communication materials
• Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders and executives
• Lead, coach, and support a small communications team while remaining actively involved in daily operations
• Drive communication around complex or sensitive topics and ensure clear, consistent messaging across markets
• Monitor communication performance through KPIs and provide insights and recommendations to leadership

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Several years of experience in corporate communications within an international business environment
• Proven track record in media relations and external stakeholder management
• Experience advising senior executives and managing communication in sensitive or complex situations
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, French would be a plus
• Strategic, proactive, and hands-on personality with strong organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring communication effectiveness and delivering data-driven insights
