Interim Head of Corporate Responsibility - temporary from February until August 2027 (all, 80-100%)

In the temporary role as Head of Corporate Responsibility you lead Mammut's Corporate Responsibility function and ensure that sustainability is integrated into business strategy, decision-making and operations. You steer the CR strategy, lead the team and advise management on sustainability-related opportunities, risks and priorities. You also oversee key sustainability programs, reporting, product and chemical compliance, and relevant stakeholder relationships.

This is a temporary assignment from February 1, to August 31, 2027 due to a sabbatical.

Do what you love

• Lead the Corporate Responsibility function and provide clear direction, priorities and team leadership
• Drive the implementation and further development of Mammut's Corporate Responsibility strategy “WE CARE” as part of the overall business strategy
• Integrate sustainability into relevant business decisions, annual goals, processes and cross-functional initiatives
• Advise management on sustainability-related opportunities, risks, regulatory developments and trade-offs
• Oversee sustainability programs and performance, including climate, responsible supply chains, circularity and sustainability reporting
• Provide strategic oversight of product and chemical compliance, ensuring effective governance and collaboration with relevant internal experts
• Manage the CR budget and represent Mammut in relevant external partnerships and industry initiatives
• Ensure continuity of key activities, obligations and stakeholder relationships during the temporary assignment

Play to your strengths

• University degree or equivalent qualification in sustainability, business, strategy, economics, supply-chain management or a related field
• Strong sustainability expertise and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience translating sustainability priorities and external requirements into business decisions and implementation plans
• Experience working with senior management and leading teams or cross-functional programs
• Ability to understand complex sustainability, product, and chemical compliance topics and provide effective strategic oversight
• Strategic and business-oriented mindset with strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills, combined with a results-driven approach and a strong sense of ownership and integrity
• Strong command of Microsoft 365
• Business-fluent written and spoken English, German or other languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel when required
