Project Coordinator Digital Community Platform myAO, 80% (ID2165)
Short Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management, growth, and member experience of the AO's digital community platform (myAO). This role ensures that the platform operates as a vibrant, well-governed, and member-centric community that advances AO's mission of improving patient care through education, innovation, and collaboration. Without this role, community operations would lack continuity, member engagement would decline, and the platform's strategic potential as a global hub for orthopaedic and trauma professionals would go unrealised.

  • Develops community content toolkits, templates, and guidelines to support group admins and maintain a coherent member experience.
  • Ensures all communication reflects a member-first tone and is aligned with AO brand and community standards.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Collects, consolidates, and analyses platform engagement data, open rates, and member feedback on a regular cadence.
  • Prepares engagement reports and data summaries for the Senior Project Manager, tracking KPIs related to platform adoption, member retention, and campaign outcomes.
  • Contributes analytical insights to inform continuous improvement of the community experience and platform strategy.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinates scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up for cross-functional working sessions involving AO IT, platform providers, and internal units.
  • Serves as the operational point of contact for routine queries from community stakeholders, escalating complex or strategic matters as appropriate.
  • Liaises with external platform providers and AO IT teams to track and progress platform-related tasks and improvements.
