(Senior) Growth Marketing Manager
Every household that orders once at Migros Online should want to do so on a regular basis. Your main mission for ten months: turn first-time customers into regulars. You will be free to test, learn and iterate, work within a team that challenges you and a playbook that is yours to write, at a time when e-grocery is changing fast.
Important notes: It's possible to take up this role based at our offices in ECUBLENS (VD).
What impact do you have?
- Own strategic new-customer growth and activation end to end: set targets, build the roadmap and be measured on new-customer volume, acquisition cost, early repeat rates and customer value.
- Win the right customers in the regions where growth makes sense.
- Ship your first experiments within 90 days across channels, offers and activation journeys, and turn what works into playbooks that scale beyond one-off campaigns.
- Build activation journeys in our CEP: triggers, incentives and messages that turn a first order into a habit.
- Find out where and why new customers drop off using cohort data and customer insights, and turn this into clear hypotheses and priorities.
- Work with Product, Data and Operations to lift activation and to align demand with available delivery capacity per region.
What do you offer?
- Education: Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
- Specialization: Business, Marketing, Economics or another related field
- Experience: Min. 5 years in Growth, CRM or lifecycle marketing in e-commerce or digital products
- You have owned acquisition or activation KPIs in growth marketing and moved them measurably, ideally in e-commerce, apps or subscriptions.
- You have a proven experimentation track record: you set up tests with clear hypotheses, read results incl. significance and turn learnings into decisions and next steps.
- You think in growth loops and customer journeys rather than campaign calendars, and design initiatives that connect acquisition, activation and retention.
- You own a metric, not just tasks: you anticipate issues before they escalate, act proactively and come with a clear recommendation.
- You are a team player who works across disciplines without silos: you share knowledge, challenge assumptions, ask for feedback early and commit once a decision is made.
- You build journeys, segments and tests yourself in a customer engagement platform (e.g. Customer.io, Braze) and work confidently with dashboards and cohort analyses.
- You speak tech and know how users behave on digital platforms: you understand events, tracking, funnels and conversion rates, and use AI tools productively in your daily work.
- You bring experience in lifecycle and retention marketing, habit formation or conversion rate optimisation.
