We are looking for a passionate Apparel Designer to bring innovative ideas to life and create products loved by Mammut consumers. The position is available immediately or by agreement.

Do what you love

• Design category-leading alpine apparel that sets new benchmarks in technical performance, functionality, and style
• Drive the end-to-end design process from concept to final product execution, creating innovative detail solutions, workmanship specifications, and detailed style documentation
• Drive collection coloration, translating the seasonal color card into a cohesive and commercially relevant product offering
• Present and communicate creative solutions with clarity, effectively selling in ideas to a variety of stakeholders
• Ensuring design implementation at proto fittings
• Fabric input and selection in collaboration with the creation team
• Research macro and micro trends, consumer insights, and core target group needs, translating findings into innovative and commercially relevant design concepts

Play to your strengths

• University/College Degree or recognized diploma in fashion, apparel or sportswear design
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the area of Design with a deep apparel and functional outerwear knowledge
• Strong expertise in design methodologies, research-driven product development, and a strong sense for emerging consumer and market trends
• Solid education and advanced experience with creative design tools/apps (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) - experience in Browzwear or Clo3D an advantage
• A rounded knowledge of sustainability opportunities within design practice
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• An independent and well organized working style with attention on details
• A proactive, innovative and consumer centric approach with a creative driven mindset
• A strong team player with passion & love for design and products
