No two engagements are the same, this is a role defined by variety, intellectual challenge, and real impact.

- Support clients in transforming their tax functions, combining technical expertise with process, data, and technology-driven solutions
- Develop deep expertise in areas such as BEPS Pillar 2 and assess implications for both audit and advisory engagements
- Manage client portfolios end-to-end, including planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of processes and quality
- Coach and develop team members, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative, and ambitious team culture

- Curiosity and openness to innovation, particularly in leveraging technology and AI in tax and reporting
- A collaborative mindset and clear, confident communication style
- Fluency in German and English
