Project: For an ongoing SAP SuccessFactors Programme, we are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support daily operations and the rollout of key HR modules.
The project includes Performance Management and Goals, Succession Management and a planned implementation from February 2027.
Tasks:
* Support the daily operation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in line with agreed SLAs
* Support the rollout of Performance Management and Goals and Succession Management
* Support the implementation of the Compensation module planned from February 2027
* Advise HR departments and other stakeholders on SAP SuccessFactors solutions
* Analyse business and technical requirements and support their implementation
* Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems
* Provide second- and third-level application support
* Analyse and resolve incidents and system issues
* Monitor HR data flows and replication interfaces to other SAP systems
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, the software provider and external implementation partners
Required Skills & Experience:
* At least five years of project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors
* Practical application support experience with SAP SuccessFactors
* Strong experience with Employee Central
* Experience with Performance Management and Goals
* Experience with the Compensation module
* Technical knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, interfaces and end-to-end integration
* Experience with requirements management and test management
* Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective SuccessFactors solutions
* Degree in business administration, business informatics or an equivalent professional qualification
* Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
Nice to have:
* Experience with SuccessFactors Succession Management
* Experience supporting further SuccessFactors module implementations
* Experience working on cloud implementation projects
Languages:
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* German advantageous
* Spanish advantageous
