SEA Specialist (Google Ads)

The company

As «Master of Materials», Rado has achieved a pioneering role in the watch industry. Material competence, innovative design and modern watchmaking art characterize our brand and ensure that we are always one step ahead of the competition. These characteristics give the Rado watches their incomparable appeal and character - Feel the Rado difference!

We are looking for a hands-on, highly analytical SEA Specialist (Google Ads) to own Rado's Google Ads activity across our international markets as the brand's in-house paid search expert. (On site)

Job description

You will help set the paid search strategy, build and optimise campaigns, manage budgets across markets and contribute to the wider paid media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Account Management

  • Plan, build, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns for our HQ international accounts: Search, Performance Max (including Store Goals), Demand Gen, YouTube and AI Max for Search.

  • Design and maintain scalable multi-market account structures, naming conventions, feeds and audiences across 20+ subsidiaries.

  • Run ongoing bid strategy, budget pacing, search term, asset and landing page optimisation to improve incremental return, not just ROAS.

  • Conduct structured tests (bidding, creative, audiences, formats) and document learnings for the team and markets.

Agency Steering & Market Guidance

  • Manage external paid media agencies through briefs, regular check-ins, performance reviews, audits and accountability to agreed benchmarks.

  • Act as the Google Ads reference for local markets and their agencies, reviewing plans, sharing standards and best practices, and supporting launches.

  • Manage the paid search budget across campaigns, markets and product lines, ensuring effective budget pacing.

Measurement & Collaboration

  • Analyse performance in Google Ads, GA4 and reporting tools, delivering actionable insights to the team, markets and leadership.

  • Collaborate with creative partners, e-commerce and web teams to develop high-converting assets, ad copy and landing pages.

  • Stay ahead of Google Ads, AI bidding and automation developments and integrate relevant innovations.

  • Contribute to the overall channel-mix strategy, understanding how search interacts with social, programmatic, organic, CRM and retail, and challenge decisions based on business outcomes rather than channel KPIs alone.

Profile

  • Rigorous, structured and curious, with a hands-on and analytical mindset.

  • Comfortable taking ownership of results in a small team with a large international scope.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the wider marketing and commercial ecosystem, including brand, e-commerce, retail and CRM.

  • Able to think strategically and make recommendations based on overall business objectives.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights.

  • Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different markets and cultures.

  • Interest in luxury, design or watches is a plus.

Professional requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex, multi-market Google Ads accounts, either brand or agency side.

  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube and value-based bidding.

  • Strong knowledge of product feeds, Google Merchant Center, scripts, rules and automation.

  • High proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager and data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio.

  • Ability to connect media performance metrics to revenue and incremental business impact.

  • Experience managing external agencies and coordinating with international stakeholders.

  • Experience in programmatic advertising is an advantage.

  • Current Google Ads certifications (Search, Shopping, Measurement) are a strong plus.

Languages

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
