IT Security Associate

As the group continues to expand and mature its cybersecurity posture, we are strengthening our central security function to support all group entities in protecting their assets and meeting evolving regulatory demands.

Mission :

You will join the IT security team to support day-to-day security operations, assist in incident response activities, and drive our security awareness programs.

This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role designed to develop your technical expertise and operational skills under the mentorship of the IT Security Manager.

Activities :

  • Security operations & monitoring: Support the management of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions, including performing initial alert triage and coordinating with service providers to investigate potential threats.
  • Penetration testing coordination: Assist in organizing the external penetration testing program by communicating instructions to sites, collecting results, and tracking remediation progress.
  • Incident response: Participate in security incident response activities and help maintain/update incident response playbooks to ensure readiness for evolving threats.
  • Security awareness: Execute phishing simulation campaigns, analyze click/report rates, and create targeted follow-up training materials. Draft and maintain user-facing security documentation and guidelines.
  • Threat intelligence: Stay current on emerging threats and vulnerabilities, sharing relevant insights with the team to improve our defensive posture.

Your profile:

  • Degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of information security principles and an interest in security operations and governance.
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a growing environment.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and follow through on commitments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and French; German is a plus.
