Description of the companyOur client is a fast-growing Silicon Valley AI scale-up expanding across continental Europe. We are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant - Staffing Operations to support staffing companies in implementing and optimizing AI-powered back-office processes.
You will work directly with staffing clients across Operations, Payroll, Finance and Billing, analysing existing processes and implementing AI-enabled workflows.
Role & Responsibilities- Analyse and optimize staffing back-office processes across timesheets, payroll, pay & bill and invoicing
- Implement AI-powered solutions and identify automation opportunities
- Define and measure business outcomes that support client success and renewal decisions
- Train client teams and ensure successful adoption and handover
- Act as a trusted advisor post go-live, monitoring account health and delivered value
- Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to operational and finance stakeholders
- Identify additional use cases and growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with product, technical and customer-facing teamsAnalyse and optimize staffing back-office processes
- Map workflows across timesheets, payroll, pay & bill and invoicing
- Implement AI-powered solutions together with client teams
- Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- Train client teams and manage successful handovers
- Work closely with technical and product teams
- Engage with stakeholders from operational teams to CFO level
Candidate Profile- 3+ years of experience in Staffing Operations, Recruitment Operations, Payroll, Finance Operations or Staffing Technology, ideally gained within a staffing or recruitment agency environment
- Staffing industry experience is essential, with a solid understanding of timesheets, assignments, pay & bill, payroll validation, invoicing and margin drivers
- Strong consultative and client-facing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from operations through to CFO level
- Experience translating operational improvements into measurable business value
- Fluent English required; German and/or French are a strong advantage
- Experience with staffing ERP, VMS, ATS or payroll platforms and implementation or consulting projects is highly desirable
