Requirements:
- Support global mineral processing and quarry operations through technical expertise, process optimization, and innovation
- Work closely with operations, geology, mining, and engineering teams to improve plant performance, evaluate mineral deposits, and implement new processing technologies
- Support the commissioning, optimization, and troubleshooting of mineral processing plants
- Conduct process audits and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Evaluate new technologies and developing business cases for process enhancements
- Manage laboratory and pilot-scale testing programs and collaborating with external partners
- Support technical and R&D projects across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mineral Processing, Mining Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mineral processing, mining, or process engineering; experience in plant commissioning and optimization is a plus
- Strong understanding of mineral processing technologies, including crushing, screening, sorting, and separation processes
- Fluent in English, any additional language is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams
- Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of managing projects independently.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
